How do I return an item?
Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding receipt. Innerwear items cannot be returned nor exchanged.
If you prefer us to collect the items from your home, you can request a home pick-up service. After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package within 24 hours (wherever possible). The courier will get in touch with you in order to arrange the service details. If for some reason the arranged date is not convenient for you, get in touch with them to change it.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns can be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Returns at basicslife.com are always free of charge.
How will I receive my refund?
The money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking. We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product.
When will I receive my refund?
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder's credit card account, since this falls in the Cardholder's issuing bank’s purview.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
